Our view is that legal advice has to be effective, provide real solutions and must not stand in the way of getting the business done. Legal advice can provide the right answer in many cases and it is up to us to provide you with the best solution.

We are also there to help you during your court proceedings. We are experienced courtroom practitioners, as well as having a broad knowledge of litigation. Before it gets that far, however, we will, together with you, take a good look at whether the route to the courts will lead to the most desirable or effective (commercial) solution; in some cases an appropriate settlement may provide a better result. If that is the case, then we will try to achieve the maximum result on the basis of your aims, expectations and the strength of your legal position.
