Marko Jongkind graduated in 1998 at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam (Dutch law). After his graduation he worked for a year at an insurance company. Subsequent he worked for 9 years at a legal aid insurance company, initially as a legal employee and later as a lawyer.
Since January 2009 Marko works as a lawyer at Van Randwijck Advocaten. He specializes in liability and insurance law.
In 2008-2009 Marko followed the Grotius programme on Entrepreneurship and Liability and graduated cum laude.
Marko is a member of the Association of Insurance Science.
